• Contact form: name, company, e-mail address and any information included in your message.
• E-mail correspondence: contact details and content of messages you send us directly.
• Site assistant (Oktobot): the messages you type into the chat window, processed to generate a response. Please do not enter personal or confidential information there.
• Technical data: server-side connection records required for the site to operate.

Responding to your questions and requests, evaluating discovery-call and demo requests, conducting pre-contractual discussions, business communication and improving service quality.

KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest); otherwise your explicit consent.

Personal data may be shared, only to the extent necessary and with appropriate safeguards, with our e-mail, hosting and infrastructure providers, and with public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the mandatory retention periods set out in applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
